I switched phones — where is my progress?
Your progress is stored on your device and linked to your account when you sign in. On a new device, sign in the same way you did before — with Apple, Google, or email — and your progress comes back. Before you sign in, progress stays on that device.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription, or get a refund?
Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions (or in the app: Profile → Manage Subscription). Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com — we don't process payments ourselves.
How does the review schedule work?
12levels uses spaced repetition: each word comes back for review right before you're likely to forget it. The stronger a word is, the longer until you see it again.
I'm not getting notifications.
Open iOS Settings → Notifications → 12levels and make sure notifications are allowed. If reminders seem to arrive in batches, turn off Scheduled Summary for 12levels in that same screen.
How is the word pronunciation made?
Word pronunciation is read aloud by text-to-speech. You can choose the accent (for example, American) in Profile.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app: Profile → Delete Account. This removes your learning progress and personal data. If you have an active subscription, cancel it separately in iOS Settings — deleting the account does not cancel Apple billing.
